An exciting and rapidly expanding software company, dedicated to delivering better public services through the power of data and insights, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their growing team. Working closely with the founder, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and efficiency of the business.

As the first ever admin hire, you will have the unique opportunity to define and make this role your own. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and running engagement surveys, managing calendars, expense reports, overseeing office procedures and organising team events.

They are looking for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently create and present ideas. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant and some experience in setting up business processes. The ability to take initiative and spot opportunities for growth and improvement is essential in this role.

They are offering a competitive salary range of £35k to £40k, and the flexibility of hybrid working, requiring you to come into the office for 1-2 days per week.
