An established national firm, based in the midlands, are seeking a highly organised and process-driven Coordinator to join their Learning and Organisational Development Team. This is a unique opportunity to work with 2 System Analysts and take full responsibility for the learning management system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and have the ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Answering general queries relating to company training courses
• Managing the mailbox for the learning and organisational development team
• Maintaining the learning management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting with scheduling and coordination of training sessions
• Supporting the team in various administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Experience with learning management systems or similar software is preferred
• Ability to handle a high volume of processes and tasks

Working Hours:

• 7 hours shifts between 8:30am and 5:00pm
• Hybrid opportunity with you only required to be in the office once a week
Salary:
• Paying between £13 and £15 per hour
