A leading international Property Developers based in Battersea is seeking an HR Manager. You will have 2 Direct reports and have prior HR Manager experience within a corporate environment. You will coach and mentor the HR team, manage headcount and assist with recruitment and compliance. You will manage recruitment psl's as well as liaise with recruitment companies, manage grievances and assist with payroll and HR. You will be CIPD qualified with strong HR Generalist experience as well as excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills. Previous experience of working for an international company would also be a huge advantage, immediate start for the right candidate!
