Our client, a global property investment company based in Central London, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Temporary EA to support the Company Secretary. This is a hugely important role within the company and will involve full board support for the upcoming AGM, which occurs every two months. The role will be 65% board work, involving organising for 35 board members, with the remaining time filled by ad-hoc PA support for the Chair and Head of Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and coordinating the AGM
- Support the company secretary with everything relating to the AGM
- Liaising with members from different boards across the global offices to coordinate attendance and travel
- Diary management for multiple individuals with conflicting schedules
- Drafting emails and preparing meeting packs
- Ad-hoc PA support for the Chair and Head of Legal
- Anticipating and resolving issues before they arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, supporting board members
- Experience coordinating international travel a big plus
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with all levels of an organisation
- Proactive and able to work under pressure

This is a temp-to-perm position, with the initial temp contract for 3-6 months, paying £60k-£70k pro rata. If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply today.
