Duties will include Office/Facilities Management which will include Health and Safety and First Aid, greeting of visitors and external clients etc.) along with Finance Administration will include processing invoices, credit cards and expenses. You will also be responsible for organising events both internally and externally as well as the ordering of office supplies to include groceries, stationery and lunches. You will also provide support to other members of the team helping with diary management, travel and appointments as well as other ad-hoc administrative tasks (such as supporting the Sales, Marketing and Client Services Teams).
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working in a similar role as an Office Manager preferably within Financial Services/Asset Management/Hedge Fund environment. Knowledge of HR systems and other European languages (German/French) is of benefit but not essential.
You will have a confident, pro-active, positive 'can-do' attitude and be highly organised as well as solutions orientated. You will be an excellent communicator, with a high attention to detail and possess a strong work ethic.
