This an incredible opportunity to join a large, global firm in their slick offices in Mayfair. They are looking for an experienced and professional receptionist to join them on a temporary basis to work alongside the small reception team. You will be working for a big name in the corporate world and an incredible company to have on your CV.

As their receptionist, you will be the first point of contact when guests arrive at the office therefore you will be incredibly client-facing and have impressive communication skills. This will be a varied role and although you will be mainly responsible for traditional reception duties you will also be expected to muck in when needed, liaise with support staff, deal with couriers, pick up some administration tasks, and meet and greet. You will be warm and engaging and have a natural ability to build relationships. You will be someone who is flexible and approaches your work with a positive attitude whilst being professional. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of corporate reception experience as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
