A global private equity firm are looking for an enthusiastic, slick, and highly dynamic PA/Office Manager to join them in supporting their inspirational and highly intelligent team. Based in the West End 4 days a week, this role is perfect for a team player who is wanting to work within a small collaborative team and who can fit the ground running immediately.
As the company keeps on expanding, this is a great opportunity for an individual to progress quickly within the firm as you get involved in all areas of the business and manage and oversee the administration team. You will work closely alongside the other PA/Office Manger as you share a variety of responsibilities, including duties such as, meeting and greeting guests to managing events and travel.
