Are you a pro-active and organized individual looking for an exciting challenge in the finance industry? Look no further! Our client, a leading global investment company, are seeking a dynamic Team Assistant to join their Client Solutions Team.
As a Team Assistant, your role will be to provide administrative support; coordinating travel arrangements, managing expenses, arranging meetings, managing diaries, and preparing presentations. You'll also have the opportunity to organize events and team activities, giving you a chance to get to know your colleagues on a personal level.
This is a temporary to permanent role and is paying £30 per hour (around £55 – 60k on a permanent contract). This is also a hybrid role, offering up to 2 days working from home!
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Team Assistant in a corporate or financial services environment, plus, have experience coordinating international travel. We need a 'doer’ - someone who is highly professional, confident, client facing and can take initiative!
