A prestigious real estate company is looking for a Team secretary to join their team, on a temporary basis with the potential for the role to go permanent for the right candidate. You will be supporting 2 directors of the company within a small but growing and collaborative team. You will be responsible for a number of tasks such as Typing, preparation, and formatting of reports, travel arrangements, managing and raising invoices, meeting arrangements, and expenses. You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working towards deadlines and can manage your workload to produce work effectively and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who can join the team and hit the ground running, therefore must have some experience within a similar office-based support role as a Team assistant, secretary or EA. This role would suit someone who is proactive and professional, who is an independent worker and who uses their initiative. My clients are open to industry background but it is important that you have relevant experience and impeccable organization, time management skills, and a can-do attitude.
