Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to support the sales and trading staff at an established, global manufacturing company? We are looking for a seasoned Personal Assistant to join the Dealing Room Floor, and be the driving force behind organizing business travel, managing administrative tasks, and providing invaluable support to the CEO's PA.
This role is paying £20 - £25 per hour and is a 3 month contract.
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing business travel for the sales and trading staff. This includes booking flights, hotels, sorting currency, creating travel packs and itineraries, ensuring all documents are kept up to date, and managing various administrative tasks such as attendance records, business and holiday planner, administration for corporate entertainment, and new starter and leaver admin for Dealing Room staff. You will also provide general administrative support and assist the CEO's PA in their absence.
To be successful in this role, you need to be an experienced PA and possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Trading/sales floor experience would be useful, but not mandatory. We are looking for a hard-working team player who can work well with others at all levels within the company, but can also work unsupervised and manage their own workload.
