An exciting Private Equity Firm is looking to hire a Team Assistant to work in their London office, located in Mayfair. This role is based in the office 5 days-a-week, the working hours are 9:00-18:00 and employer is offering £35,000-£40,000 dependent on experience. 

Responsibilities of the role include: international diary management (this constitutes a large part of the role), maintaining the CRM system, processing of expenses, organising meetings and conferences and providing administrative support. 

Applicants must have experience supporting multiple employees within a Private Equity/Financial Services organisation, possess strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent organisation, communication and multi-tasking skills, always paying meticulous attention to detail.
