My client is seeking a people coordinator on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to occasionally work remotely. You will be working within the people team, alongside the people director, people officer, and people coordinator, and be an extra pair of hands within the team whilst they are making some changes to the structure of the team. You will be assisting with HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, DBS and right-to-work checks, interview processes, and inductions; to name a few.

The ideal candidate will have experience within recruitment or HR and be comfortable with the above duties. You are someone who has a passion for charitable causes and is happy to muck in and assist where needed. You are an Open minded individual who is willing to learn. You must have strong initiative, be adaptable, and resilient.
