Calling all graduates!!

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Assistant to join a renowned investment company in the heart of London!

Reporting to the PA/Office Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a smooth-running office environment. The role will involve a variety of tasks including ordering stationary, ensuring the kitchen is stocked and clean, maintaining meeting rooms, providing administrative support to the wider teams and leadership team, and assisting with office projects. There will also be scope to learn more and have autonomy, including potentially being involved in an office move.

We are looking for someone who loves the role of being an office runner, with a strong positive attitude, high levels of accuracy, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be polite, hard-working and have a positive attitude, always willing to take on more.

IT proficiency and excellent communication skills are essential, as well as some prior administrative experience.
This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week) with the possibility of a WFH day after training. This company really looks after their staff, offering a generous benefits package, and everyone tends to stay at this company long term too! This position is looking to pay between £30 – 35k, depending on experience.
