A prestigious strategic advisory firm based in Central London are currently seeking a Front of House/Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available candidate looking to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis with the view to turning permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries efficiently
- Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing the booking and coordination of meeting rooms
- Assisting with office administration tasks, including marketing support
- Ensuring the office is maintained, organised, and presentable
- Handling postal and courier duties and managing incoming/outgoing deliveries
- Collaborating with team members and providing support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception/front of house roles is desirable
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who goes above and beyond
- Proficiency in Google Suite and general IT skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
