Admin Assistant with recruitment experience (ID:14540)

The company is a market leader fintech company.
Seeking a versatile candidate who can fulfill a diverse range of responsibilities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to gather job descriptions and liaising with external candidates to coordinate interviews. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for logging CVs, maintaining recruitment spreadsheets, and providing instructions for new roles. They will also oversee the entire process from recruitment to onboarding. Organizing intern and graduate programs, as well as handling general administrative tasks around the office, will be part of their duties. While providing basic support to directors, they should also manage a travel agency for worldwide staff travel, ensuring cost-effective flights and hotels while coordinating visa applications. In addition, assistance with credit card reconciliation for the finance team and support in the office relocation process will be required. Strong organizational and communication skills, experience in recruitment, administration, and travel management, and proficiency in relevant software tools are desirable qualities for this role.
You will need 2 year of admin experience and experience of company travel/ recruitment admin experience.
