The company works on political trends. 

The role involves various tasks related to office management and support. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming and attending to visitors, handling phone calls, and scheduling meeting rooms. The candidate will also be responsible for efficiently managing all postal and courier duties, ensuring the office is well-stocked with essential supplies. Assisting with marketing activities and supporting IT-related queries are also part of the role. Maintaining and updating spreadsheets relevant to office management and assisting the Operations Team with ad hoc tasks such as researching new suppliers and obtaining quotes are additional responsibilities. The candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively carry out these duties and contribute to the smooth operation of the office

You will need to have 1 years reception experience.
