As the People and Inclusion Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the company's HR team, consisting of three members. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment and selection, onboarding and induction, performance management, learning and development, HR database and reporting, leaver administration, and various other administrative duties. Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for this role.
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and hold a relevant HR qualification, preferably CIPD Level 5 certification. While a design background is advantageous, a collaborative mindset and excellent teamwork skills are the most essential qualities for this role.
