One of my favourite tech clients based in the West End are looking for a Customer Service Representative throughout the summer months to join their sociable and dynamic office space.
This is a fun and fast-paced role which involve dealing with customer enquiries, answering calls, logging information in an accurate manner, and additional ad-hoc admin duties. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and prior customer service experience. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems experience is highly desirable!
This is a fantastic opportunity for the summer to translate your previous skillset into a corporate setting with a collaborative and friendly company!
