Office Manager - Hybrid working, located close to the West End, Central London.£30-35k (ID:14662)

Able to hit the ground running 'Office Manager' is urgently being sought by our tech client located a short distance from the West End, Central London.
Working as part of a collaborative team, this is a lynch pin role, requiring someone who can hit the ground running.
The role will include managing the day-to-day running of the office – working alongside the Human Resources, Finance and IT departments where necessary.
Facilities Management - acting as the key point of contact for the Building Management company. Planning and management of company events - central to the culture and employee engagement of the London office.
Health and Safety, Fire Safety and First Aid, supplier management – ensuring the office is always stocked and maintaining relationships with suppliers ensuring that the office is being run in a cost-effective manner.
Be part of the (CSR) and Staff Engagement Program, support with the effective induction / on-boarding of all new employees, overseeing the meeting room bookings system.
