An exciting and innovative Medical Start-Up is seeking to hire an EA to support the organisation’s Chief People Officer, Chief Science Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Head of Regulatory. Based around 10 minutes from King’s Cross, the employer is offering £40,000-£50,000 dependent on experience, and the working hours are 9:00-17:30. Hybrid working is available with the option to work from home 2 days-a-week (these days are not fixed).
Responsibilities of the role include: diary management and travel arrangements across multiple time zones, creation of PowerPoint presentations, some assistance with event management, covering for the organisation’s other EA when required, screening calls and emails, liaising and maintaining contacts with clients and external stakeholders, in addition to providing some HR administrative assistance, however this can be learnt on the job if you have no prior experience.
The company has a very inclusive and supportive culture, with an open-plan office and approachable employees at all levels of seniority. There are around 50 employees in the office, and the ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, be confident, possess strong prioritisation skills and must importantly possess a collaborative and ‘muck-in’ attitude. The employer is open on industry experience, however 5 years’ of experience working in a similar role within a Start-Up is highly desirable.
