One of my favourite clients is a rewarding charity organisation based in the West End are looking for a Customer Service Representative throughout the summer months to join their sociable, bubbly, and dynamic team. This role will mainly be remote therefore you will be able to enjoy the flexibility of working from home, however the team still foster a super collaborative culture.

This is a fun and fast-paced role which involve dealing with customer enquiries, answering calls, logging information in an accurate manner, and additional ad-hoc admin duties. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and prior customer service experience. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems experience is highly desirable!

Starting ASAP for 2 months with the possibility of extension.
