A global Market Research organisation is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator to work in their Frankfurt office. The employer is offering a pro-rata salary of up to 34.000€ for 20-25 hours per week. Hybrid working is available with this role.

Responsibilities of the role include: onboarding new employees, processing expenses, liaising with the Accounts Team, management and updating of documents, travel arrangements, organisation of meetings, screening calls and ordering office supplies.

The ideal candiate will possess strong organisational, communication, teamwork and IT skills, have a proactive approach and be fluent in both English and German.
