My client is a thriving start-up exec search firm within the finance industry and they are seeking for a driven Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team based in their West London office.

This one in a lifetime Operations Coordinator role will deal with client liaison and management, business development and research, as well as PA support to the MD’s. Other duties will include office coordination, project management, and even content creation targeted towards external stakeholders. This varied and diverse role will be integral to the company’s development and is a brilliant opportunity for you to really add value from day one and grow with the business.

The successful candidate will be proactive, a multitasker, and thrive within a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have 3 years’ experience within operations or as a Team Assistant (exec, finance, professional services, or consultancy preferred), however this role is all about personality and character to fit into a fast-growing start-up.
