Based in the West End and offering hybrid working (3 days in office), there is great working flexibility within the role. Supporting 3 Partners and 4 Investment Managers, they require someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage several individuals!
Ideally, you will have multiple years experience within an EA role supporting senior management, an extensive record dealing with complex diary, travel and meeting management, and the ability to push back, upwardly managing busy schedules. You will also be able to work effectively within a team to collaborate with international offices!
Duties include:
- Complex diary management
- Domestic and international travel
- Some personal duties for one of the Partners
