Can you speak both English & Mandarin? Are you a recent graduate with customer service experience? Have you worked in the hospitality sector before? My client is looking for a fluent Mandarin speaker who can join their fantastic family feel team. This is a great chance for graduates to land their first role on the corporate ladder!!
Key Duties:
• Communication with clients
• Answering phone calls in a timely manner
• Answering emails
• Assisting with administration tasks
• Data processing
• Running documents through verification checks
Background:
• Strong work ethic
• Good communicator- verbal and written
• Strong numerical skills
• An interest in Financial Services would be preferred
• Ability to speak both English and Mandarin to an advanced level
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in customer facing roles.
