You will be working alongside the medical writing team to deliver outstanding projects over to their clients. The client works hugely on the wellbeing of their staff, so this is an incredible chance for a science grad to land themselves on the corporate ladder!!
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering and continually improving the account administration and support to internal and external clients
• Understanding client’s key messages and positioning
• Building strong working relationships with our clients
• Contributing to proposals for our clients
• Work according to the company strategy
• Attending appropriate client, ensuring they build confidence in the service Lucid provides
• Ensuring you exceed all clients’ expectations
• Projects deadlines are met, being clear on all details and requirements
Background:
• Recent graduated with a biology, biochemistry, biological sciences from a top university
• Experience within account management
• Experience working in fast paced environment
• Ability to build string client partnership
• Experience within medcomms/healthcare industry
• Needs excellent attention to detail
