Thriving boutique Investment Management firm with stunning Mayfair based location require an experienced Team Assistant/PA to support the Investment team of 8 and Investor Relations/Services team of 5. This is a fixed term maternity contract of 1 year ideally starting in October, the current person is leaving in November which leaves a long handover period.

You will sit alongside both teams and provide classic business PA duties including diary and travel management, liaising with clients to ensure they have all relevant information and supporting both teams with team administration support as required. The team are very well established, cerebral and would suit a candidate who is proactive, highly organised, a team player and happy to work autonomously and add value wherever is needed. The firm focus their funds on the North American market which is thriving.

The role is office based five days weekly, employee wellbeing is very much a core value culturally across the company who offer 9-5pm, wellbeing events for all staff, weekly massages, free breakfast, fruit, company wide events, 10% pension, BUPA, private health, private travel insurance, there is also extensive training and development and the firm will sponsor relevant training e.g. IMC (Investment Management Certificate).

Key duties:

• Extensive diary management
• Organising UK and international travel with visas and detailed itineraries
• Arranging client meetings who you will develop a relationship with
• Updating CRM systems with key contacts/meeting notes and follow up points
• Undertaking ad hoc research/projects as and when required
• Processing expenses

Ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years + similar experience as an experienced PA/Team Assistant
• Open to sector however ideally Finance/corporate firms
• Any previous Investor Relations experience would be a preference
• Highly efficient, proactive, client centric and professional
• Used to supporting across a large team, who are fairly self sufficient but require classic business support
• Able to protect the teams time by undertaking all PA/Admin tasks whilst also seeking extra projects to make the teams operate more efficiently
• Hands on, can do work ethic
