URGENTLY seeking an experienced HR Generalist/HR Manager, to head a small, unstructured team in need of nurturing, made up of an Office Administrator, HR Associate & HR administrator.  Approx 350pp ppl in their central London office located on the Central line.  

This will be a busy and diverse role which may be more suited to experience gained from a less corporate background.

The ideal candidate;

• Ideally 3 years minimum of HR leadership experience– an HR professional who wants a challenge and to make a real impact
• Can handle volume and a reactive HR environment
• Strong communicators/articulate
• Hospitality/entertainment industry background desirable
• CIPID or Degree desirable but not essential
• Generalist knowledge of Employment Law
• Exp managing junior staff (investing/nurturing of employees)
• Someone with presence, assertiveness, warm, flexible, nurturing, strong work ethic, professional, switched on, capable, muck in.
• 5 days in - start asap.
