Highly successful, boutique Investment Management firm with stunning offices in Mayfair are recruiting a bright, proactive, client focussed Graduate Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to the CEO. This is a 1 year fixed term contract due to it being a new role with an opportunity of a permanent position for the right candidate longer term.

This is a superb opportunity to join an established firm with a dedicated investment team and investor services team focussing on the North American market. You will be office based five days weekly, the firm very much encourage employee wellbeing with great hours are 9-5pm, wellbeing events for all staff, fortnightly massages, free breakfast on Fridays, fruit, company wide events, 10% pension, BUPA, private health, private travel insurance, performance bonuses and excellent training and development should you wish to progress your career within Finance.

Key duties:

• You will provide 1:1 business support to a successful, charming, affable, driven CEO who has been with the firm for over 6 years
• You will play a leading role in business planning activities including the management of key strategic risks.
• Extensive diary management
• Organising UK and international travel, itineraries and visas
• Proactively researching agenda items in advance to ensure Board packs/agendas are accurate
• Arranging and attending meetings, preparing meeting notes and circulating meeting agendas, formatting documents, collating and binding committee packs (Board, ExCo level
• Working with Compliance and HR to ensure the CEO adheres to recruitment, training and performance policies
• Ensure CPD records are completed correctly in line with competency requirements
• Project support when needed

Ideal candidate:

• Excellent academic track record ideally from a leading Russell Group or Redbrick University, minimum 2:1 or above
• Flexible, self motivated, proactive, confident, client focussed, professional with superb communication skills
• Looking to progress longer term within the finance arena, add value to the CEO and able to manage his time and encourage delegation of tasks from him, showcasing your ability to provide exemplary support at all times
• Exception organisational and diary management skills
• Previous experience in a project coordination role
