• Show ongoing care to our valued clients.
Championing Candidates
• Identify exceptional, placeable candidates who stand out in the crowd.
• Promote job opportunities with enthusiasm.
• Conduct interviews that are not just transactions but meaningful and progressive conversations.
• Be a counsellor, advisor, and strategist, securing candidate buy-in.
• Craft engaging candidate profiles and interviews that shine.
• Share promising candidates within the team and refer them to colleagues' job opportunities (find genuine opportunities / no spamming)
• Ensure ongoing support and care for our candidates.
• Unleash Your Entrepreneurial Spirit in Business Development
• Thrive on high-quality recommendations from satisfied clients and candidates.
• Be the chameleon who effortlessly adapts to various companies and personalities.
