Superb opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/EA to join an exciting, dynamic, finance company located in the West End. Hybrid working - 4 days in/1 from home, based FoH you will act as an ambassador for the office, the first person their clients meet or speak to. Along with typical FoH, reception duties, you will also provide extensive overflow EA support to the wider office as and when the EA/PAs need extra support, or perhaps given responsibility for certain members of the business. The role will be fast paced, requiring quick thinking, superb multitasking and attention to details.No job to big or small attitude - happy ensuring meeting rooms are tidy, organising refreshments to coordinating international travel.
