Our client is a pioneering and prestigious green energy and property development company committed to creating sustainable, environmentally friendly communities. Their innovative projects aim to redefine the future of urban living by integrating cutting-edge technology with eco-conscious designs. As our client continue to expand and shape the landscape of sustainable development, they are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The role is 6 months minimum in length and has the potential to become permanent! It will be paying £25 – 30 per hour, depending on experience.

This role is only open available to candidates who are immediately available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate appointments, and proactively address potential conflicts.

- Communication: Act as a gatekeeper, handling emails and phone calls with professionalism and discretion. Prepare and draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

- Meeting Coordination: Plan and organise meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistical arrangements. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for the CEO.

- Information Management: Maintain confidential files, documents, and records. Keep abreast of key issues and developments relevant to the CEO's responsibilities.

- Project Support: Provide support on various strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
