Performance Operation Specialist
£18ph – 12-month contact
Based in the City – 5 days
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor online dashboards on Ant BI applications to track performance metrics.
- Support performance operation processes. Calculating sales initiatives/ partner rebates
- Handling general queries from the sales team.
- Monitoring and reviewing CRM client labels.
- Speaking with business stakeholders and reconcile parallel data reports to review and monitor performance tracking.
Requirements:
- 2 years + in performance / sales operations.
- Experience with data analysis tools and CRM is ideal but not required.
- Fluency in Mandarin is ideal.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
