Our successful finance client is seeking an accomplished Office Manager to join their team asap.

Located in Mayfair, the role will be all encompassing, with emphasis on having experience with and working knowledge of critical facilities infrastructure eg, (UPS’s, HVAC and emergency generator power.

Duties will be broad and will also include assisting HR, supervising a small team (cleaners, maintenance, post room etc.), ensuring the smooth running of office related services including: reception, Café/tea points, cleaning, security, building maintenance, post room, MER room and more. 

The successful candidate will ideally have 5  years office management experience gained within professional services.

A professional attitude, team player - a gsoh and an enthusiastic approach, a positive , 'can do' personality. Flexible with superb communication skills.

8am - 5.30pm, flexibility required adhoc outside of hours.
