- Maintain an organized reception area and manage appointment schedules.

- Collaborate with various teams to ensure prompt and efficient customer support.

- Exceptional phone manner and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience using CRM systems is preferred but not essential.

- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.

- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
