A boutique finance firm in London is seeking an Office Manager to set up their London office. Originally based in Poland the company is setting up an office in Mayfair.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience as a Team Assistant in Professional Services. You will be the only admin person in London and will be responsible for setting up the office for admin and marketing duties. The team currently consists of a team of four which will look to grow to 20 people over the next year.

The role will be start ASAP. The client is looking for  a candidate who is pro-active, hard-working and client facing. You will be happy managing office systems and processes as well as managing the international team and client events. You will be equally happy meeting and greeting clients and supporting on Front of House.
