Our client is a prominent investment bank based in the heart of London, renowned for their excellence in financial services and commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the right hand to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, managing confidential information, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.

This position will last 12 months and is paying between £25 - 30 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the CFO, managing their schedule, appointments, and emails efficiently.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring all arrangements are executed seamlessly.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and investors.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CFO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in managing tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably within the finance or investment banking industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
