Administration Assistant for an Award Winning Architecture Firm - City of London

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Senior Leaders calendars
• Schedule external meetings
• Prepare complex travel arrangements 
• Provide Reception assistance 
• Provide support for document preparation 
• First point of contact with clients/visitors to ensure they are assisted properly when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
• 1-2 years experience as an administrative professional.
• Demonstrates highly proficient interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Possesses organisational and technical skills as well as the ability to anticipate the needs of their Managers.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Demonstrable experience of complex travel arrangements.
• Previous experience in an architecture/engineering firm is highly desirable.
