Must be already living in the UK - DIARY AND TRAVEL COORDINATION EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.

French speaking Team Assistant required for a digital transformation business. Based in Central London you will be supporting an office of 30 people with general office administrative tasks such as diary management, travel arrangements, expenses as well as basic HR Administrative tasks. You will be primarily be supporting the Sales Director and Country Manager as well as providing general administrative support to the office and ordering of office supplies.


Fluency is French is required to liaise with the HQ in France.

The ideal candidate will have a couple of years administrative experience with a positive upbeat attitude to assist and help everyone in the office. You will also assist with Reception, answering phones and helping organise company-wide events.
