Executive Team Assistant (ID:1793)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Team Assistant within a financial services company in the City to cover a maternity position. You will support the Head of EMEA and APAC as well as his team.
Key duties will include international travel arrangements across multiple time-zones, diary management, expenses management, as well as meeting organisation.
Experience of preparing agendas and Board packs for meetings is essential for quarterly Board meetings.
Key to this role is being an excellent team player, supporting the other Executive Assistants as well as providing occasional Reception cover. The EA team area close knit group and your role will be integral to the success of the EA team.
The role will likely start wfh late August/September for a minimum period of one year with the possibility of it being extended further.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years EA experience within financial services, with Board level experience. French language skills are also desirable for the role.
