 A rapidly growing Asset Management client is looking for a HR/Office Manager with CIPD level 5 qualification for a maternity cover role for 9 months possibly longer.
The role is hybrid working 3 days in the London office and 2 days remote.
The client is seeking a confident and driven HR and Office Manager to provide maternity cover for at least six months. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with a minimum of three years' relevant experience. This role involves maintaining effective HR operations, supporting senior management, and managing two office administrators.
Responsibilities include providing HR support, overseeing daily HR operations, implementing office policies, managing HR systems, leading the office admin team, handling payroll, overseeing performance reviews, and identifying staff development opportunities. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
