Our city based finance client, is seeking a multi talented Office Administrator to join their busy, professional and friendly team. This will be a broad role providing wider office support with a strong focus of coordinating travel for the senior team.

A busy role, coordinating multiple trips, organising across time zones and pulling together full itineraries, requiring excellent attention to detail. Along with extensive coordination, you will utilise excellent communication and people skills, building and maintaining internal and external relationships. The role will be busy and diverse, hence the ability to multi task is key,  able to juggle various tasks at once, in a calm and unflappable manner.

Experience gained as a Travel Coordinator is ideal, or someone who has organised frequent international trips for multiple people as part of their support role - gained from a professional services background.

A confident, positive and team player mentality is key, personable with an enthusiastic approach, who takes pride in doing a job well.
