We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join a Charity based in the West End. This is for an 8 month Maternity Contract and will be paying 30-35k with hybrid options available.
The role
- Being the first point of contact for phone, email, and voicemail enquiries
- Responding to and managing offline applications
- Taking Minutes at Trustee meetings, clearly logging decisions and actions
- Updating and maintaining records on our grant management system (Salesforce)
- Arranging calls for the Charities Team
