Varied PA role with Bookkeeping, working closely with the Founder of a boutique luxury property company based in beautiful offices in Chelsea!
This role will be a hybrid position providing PA support to the Founder and overseeing book-keeping and all day to day financials for the business (they have an accountant alongside). 
We are looking for someone who has clear experience of working in a varied Operations style role ideally with some PA experience (although this isn’t essential). Duties will include processing Payroll, VAT, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation and pulling together information for year end for the accountant. 

The Founder hasn’t had a PA before so there is huge scope to make this role your own, acting as right-hand support to her, liaising with clients, booking appointments and being her right-hand support. 
We are ideally looking for someone who is educated to degree level or equivalent, it is essential that you are numerate, with a high level of attention to detail. The role will be liaising with high net worth clients daily so excellent grammar and strong communication skills as key.
