Exciting opportunity to join energetic team within successful training organisation. This Customer Service and Administrative Assistant position will be working out of the head office based in West London. 

Your will cover a range of duties including being the first point of contact for customers and queries, preparing training rooms, checking document accuracy and liaising with trainers, venues, and clients. When necessary you will complete additional admin tasks at the request of both the Managing Director and Office Manager.
