HR Assistant opportunity working closely with the HR Manager and executive team to deliver generalist HR support to the international offices of a leading financial services firm based in Central London. 

A large proportion of the role will be running and supporting the talent management programme. This will include overseeing the graduate and summer internship schemes, arranging assessment centres, scheduling interviews, through to assisting with the on-boarding programme and inductions.

Learning and development will also play a key part in the role, managing the training schedule and delegate lists, and coordinating the appraisal process 6 monthly and annually. 

The final core area will be assisting the HR team with reporting, overseeing the HRIS database and presenting findings to the senior management team. 

This role has breadth and scope to get involved in projects with long term development opportunity. 

We are looking for a confident and experienced HR administrator/assistant who is looking for the next step in their career. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience and be educated to A level or equivalent. It is essential that you are on no more than 2 weeks notice as it’s likely that they will be recruiting this role on a 3 week temp then to perm placement.
