HR - Short Contract (ID:2070)
Leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced HR Assistant/Advisor to join their collaborative HR team in the City.
We are seeking someone who can start immediately as this is initially a short term contract. It is important that you either have clear HR Assistant experience so that you can step up in to this role, or someone more experienced who will take this as a FTC. Due to a restricting in the business, this role will be supporting the team with the processes.
Duties will include case management of HR enquiries from the business liaising and advising all levels of the business. Due to the nature of the project someone with a strong grasp of more complex HR processes and policies around redundancies, TUPEs, and broader change management would be preferred. You will also be providing HR process support on the employee life cycle, whilst updating the HRIS Workday.
Ideally your CV will evidence around 3-4 years + HR generalist support. It is preferably that you are CIPD qualified and have worked in a Case Management based HR system. Neither are essential but both are desirable! Workday experience is a deal breaker!
