Fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to join the Diversity and Inclusion team as an Advisor/Coordinator. Working for a leading global professional services firm this is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to have a real impact for their UK diversity and inclusion programme.
We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years exposure to D&I in a professional environment; this could be in a pure Diversity and Inclusion role, or as part of a generalist HR role where you have helped lead on D&I projects.
It is essential that you have excellent written and spoken English as you will be sending out communications both internally and externally. A natural people person is key as you will be proactively networking and building relationships on behalf of the team internally.
