HR Business Partner for Global Professional Services Firm (ID:2146)
My client is a global company within the professional services
sector and is looking for an HR Business Partner with a focus on Learning and
Development, for a 12-month contract.
You will liaise with
divisions, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people
capability, and support the implementation of effective people strategies
and activities within the organisation.
As this role is more focused on L&D you will also be experienced
in implementing training schedules for all employees and will liaise with external
bodies, to align training for employees with the company mission. You will also work closely with Managers to review learning and development
interventions for technical competencies, leadership development and personal
effectiveness.
You must be qualified to level 5 CIPD and be confident in building
strong relationships at all levels as well as be an influential leader and provide
direction on L & D initiatives, procedures and policies. You must also have
supported a company with general HR tasks to a senior level and be able to
offer guidance and lead on ER issues.
