HR Business and Reward Partner (ID:2150)
My client is a global company within the professional services sector and is looking for an HR Business Partner with a focus on supporting with rewards management, for a 12-month contract.
You will liaise with teams and managers to make informed decisions around reward and benefits. You will be experienced in leading the development and implementation of the company’s reward strategy. You will also be responsible for reviewing the current reward and benefits strategy and ensure a transparent and consistent approach to all policies.
The rest of your time will be spent supporting the company with other projects and strategies to to align employees with the overall mission.
You must be qualified to level 5 CIPD and be confident in building strong relationships at all levels as well as be influential in decision making. Your role is key to producing procedures and policies.
